This has ruined my relationship with ever doing business with Samsung again. I have been without a device going on about a month now. This is what Servify and Samsung sold me at the order page when i bought my device!. This is the email I got when I bought this insurance.

It seems to all lead to a dead end because the only email I got back is, "Thanks, we forward your stuff to the relevant team." Guess what? I thought I was emailing the relevant team when I PUT MY PHONE NUMBER AND SAW MY DEVICE BEING TRACKED, then saw the option to escalate via email regarding it, The website auto added my information. I have sent out emails to every self-help option that is available to me publicly and the social media one you provided. The CFPB, FTC, BBB, Hohyong Nam( Jude Buckley( Hyun Kyung ( PROMISE) To these only pathways I have now as a consumer. Including the blatant lies that was sold to me when I bought this insurance from samsung/servify. I will make sure that as many people as possible are informed.įind a way to fix this by end of today or I will be sending all my Phone logs and emails commuciation attempts. BUT I can promise this will be one Interesting Youtube,Facebook,Tiktok,Instagram,Snapchat videos/reels/shorts/gif etc. MESSAGE TO SAMSUNG/SERVIFY You may not care about me as a customer, This might not do anything. This is some bait and switch that samsung did to us and servify. Making it seem like I didn't try BUT I GOT PROOF, and I will be sending those up EVERY ALLEY I CAN! I suggest you do the same CAUSE Seriously even with ASSURANT/AUSURION i was able to just pay a fee, THE SAME ONE I PAID TO SERVIFY. Not even acknowledging all my attempt at contact.
